Support

Reporting is done from the thing itself, on every platform:

• A post: open it and use the ⋯ menu → Report post.
• A comment: press and hold it (phone) or use the Report link beneath it (web).
• A message: press and hold it (phone) or use the Report link beside it (web).
• A memorial memory: the Report link beneath the memory.
• A person: their profile → Report user.

Reports go to whoever runs this Famigram, are reviewed, and objectionable content is removed within 24 hours. The person you report is not told who reported them.

Open their profile and choose Block user. You will no longer see each other anywhere in the app, and any friendship between you ends. To undo it, go to Settings → Blocked users.

You can delete your account yourself from Settings on any device. It takes effect immediately. Steps, and what is deleted.

• Forgotten your password? Use Forgot password on the sign-in page and a reset link will be emailed to you.
• Change your email address or password from Settings on the web.
• Need an account? Ask a family member who is already on Famigram for an invite — there is no public signup.
